About me

To inspire change that leads to a positive, sustainable, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.

Fitness has been a lifestyle I've had a passion for as long as I can remember. I was five years old when I first discovered and did my very first push-up. Inspired by athletes on television, I desired to emulate their workouts to acquire a resembling physique. Having participated in sports growing up, I always did it with a health-conscious mindset of self-improvement. Being involved in sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball, boxing, weight training, and bodybuilding, I seek to pass down the tools required to achieve what one has set out for themselves.

I wish to inspire others to make health-conscious decisions for themselves and get back on track to the fitness level they want.

Finding pleasure in witnessing the client make progress by enduring fitness improvements they wish to see. For example, when I got the opportunity to work with the first person as a coach, I was not only able to assist their physical levels of fitness but also erode their hypertension. The individual was struggling with high blood pressure, back discomfort (sciatica), insomnia, and high cholesterol. Fifty-three pounds of fat loss later, my client has improved her cholesterol levels, sleeps better at night, and no longer experiences back pain. Along her journey, I found joy whenever I received updates about her weight loss journey and reduction in waist size. Today, she lives proof of our hard work and is a source of inspiration for others within her network of colleagues.

I am certified as an Elite trainer for ISSA (Certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Bodybuilding). My approach as a trainer focuses on the client becoming self-aware of the current mindset they hold in their ability to accomplish the physique they desire. By addressing faulty beliefs, the client can rest assured that the training plan I set out for them will achieve what they seek to accomplish.

I currently have a background in Psychology, fitness, and Neuro-linguistic programming. I have an understanding of the mental processes needed to ensure success. In other words, I understand that a strong body & fit body is a result of the mindsets driving it & vice versa.
